Passion fruit happens to contain riboflavin. This vitamin helps you keep your energy up while pregnant and helps maintain wonderful, glowing skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Niacin<\/strong><br>Passion fruit contains niacin. Morning sickness can happen with any pregnancy, but some minerals and vitamins can help lessen morning sickness. Niacin is a vitamin that can help alleviate some of your morning sickness symptoms and may help prevent some birth defects. It is also possible that it prevents miscarriages from occurring and is beneficial for the fetal nervous system.
